Just out of curiosity does this route have a specific end destination or will it be as and when we run out of fuel?
You can go green laning all day on less than half a tank....remember for the majority of the day you are running at around tickover... no speed, no air resistance etc...

Now there was me thinking you were a responsible off roader!
Well you see if we head Devizes way from Beckhampton then doOld Heddington road , roundway hill , Drews pond, Gore cross, Westdown camp Copehill down , Chitterne down , Deptford down ,Stapleford , Druids lodge , stone henge, Lavington/ Larkhill range Everleigh if time permits then head back to Alton barnes that will bring us out about 2 miles to the East of Beckhampton About 80 miles ......And we will have hardly touched the byway network
On the last Trip Out BIO organised I did just over 1/2 of a tank.
The tank was topped off in the morning and by the time I got home it was the good side of the 1/4 empty.
I think it was about 100 miles off road
Bear in mind from the marshalling point I did another 7 miles off road before I got to tarmac.
Will you lot stop with all the preparation questions you are starting to freak me out
I should be breaking in my new springs not worrying about breaking everything
I have jack ,tow rope ,tools ,wd
water ,food ,mobile,cb,maps ,boots ,bags ,shovel ,cable ties, hand wipes
And a big fuggin' grin is there anything else?
You should know better you have done it .
And only needed 1 tow
