new bolts are adviseable as the olduns will have stretched a bit, may be ok but as your going to all that trouble its worth the extra,
inever did finish the filler neck on mine, was just going to run it up into the rear but haveing seen "blizzards" method, thought i'd have a go at that, he run it into the original filler and welded it into the original pipe, so when ya take the cap off you can see two holes down the spout if you know what i mean, fill with diesel as normal and with the use of a funnel and short pipe fill the veg down the other hole, seems better than spilling the stuff in the back
