I've got to vote no too.

If people are truly offended by the postings of another member, then they have the option to completely ignore that member, and never see one of their posts again.

So far I have not seen anything that even remotely comes close to offending me - but then again I am particularly thick skinned. However, if someone else is offended by something, do they have the right to have that post removed, and thus denying me the ability to see it? Which ever way you slice it, it's censorship, and that is something that I am generally pretty much against. The only post deleting that I can truly see the justification for is the obvious SPAM that we had a spate of a few months back.

Other than that, be an adult, choose what you want to see and what you don't, but please let me do the same for myself.

Very little is aimed at me but you are willing to take what IMHO has been aimed at qualified people like yourself . I am oldschool and respect toolmakers and engineers , BUt this guy just wishes to pick a fight with everyone

it's hard to turn away when a guy that you never met says that your wife is a whore, i don't think any male members on this site would appreciate a comment like that, yes the best thing to do is not react. but the arguement should of never of been allowed to get that far
