Best check in with Linda to confirm this is where they are .I,m 99.9% certain.....but I didn,t have their booking ref. I asked the reception & they are the Hoseason site that is advertised on the internet....but there are 4 static sites near Saltwick Bay.
I think this is the only one that accepts tourers & as such you are as near as you're going to get.
I'm waiting to hear from Linda & then I'm gonna book in today.

The Royal at Scarborough doesnt take private patients anymore as Claude Greengrass has spoilt it for us.

For anybody visiting the area .As well as Heartbeat ,The Royal etc. Several films have used the area including Brideshead Revisited ,James Herriot films & recently Harry Potter.
A popular location is the North Yorks Moors Railway at Grosmont which was turned into Hogsmeade for the 1st Harry Potter film

They have asked me for a 50% deposit on my credit card for the group booking.

Just received my confirmation in the post today.

ONe thing I noticed was they will only accept extra numbers up to a fortnight before the trip.
This gives anybody else interested in coming up to about the 26th of March to get in touch with me.

After that you're still welcome but you'll have to book yourself in & you'll miss out on the 50% discount
