Frank, we charge a small fee to advertise trucks or parts, see the For Sale section of the forum.

I didn't mention it straight away cos you've had shit luck with it so far and felt sorry for you, but seeing as you brought it up, do us a favour and put it in the for sale forum.

regards to locating head for the block is another story taking into consideration shiping costs head gasket kit and tork bolts it would be cheaper investing in complete engine .i just got the renewal quote from my ins. instead going down gone up with inflation. 20 years no claims bonus clean driving record and sock it to getting way with murder ins. comany's any you's guy's know of cheaper ins comp. for imports?

LOL, you've never changed a 2.4 motor have you?

You don't sneak in, its a frigging PITA.

I only want £50 for the short block, it came on a parts truck that had a cracked head, head was already removed so I havn't ever seen it running, but was told it was ok before head went.

Take a chance, but on your own head...

Glad I did 147 posts and now some fecer is away with a piston.
    Surely that doesn't go unnoticed.

I look forward to the rebuild saga
