Alan lives on there but it's through that I now know who he is after shooting him down for claiming to have built my bumper

The problem with real names vs user names on here.

He didn't build it you were right.

I probably had him making alloy door cards for the project. He is good at the finishing am a bit rough.

Your certainly not the only one Alex, I don't have the first clue as to how to use facebook, from what I've seen and heard there's far too many dickheads on facebook and that twitter thing,
having said that though there are more and more forum members using it and not only this forum, it's the same with the model making forums I frequent, all forums seem quiet so I guess it's all going on on there!

Might have been a blunder, I am knocking back a dozen friend requests for every one I accept.
My memory must be bad I can't remember half the folk who have got in touch.

Its good to see the truck and car club sites and follow links from forums, you can also pm real friends. Think my contribution will be more spectator than participant

I recently read this article and would suggest spending 10 minutes reading it yourself. It's about how easily your entire career can be destroyed by one inadvertent post.

Interesting read, but how stupid was the lass in the picture giving the finger. If she expected mainstream Americans to react in any other way than rounding on her then she is totally, socially unaware.

                              Yup.

Both caused by complete sense-of-humour failures.

I follow a couple of different 4x4 pages on f/b and if i see another stupid muppet posting 'how big wheels can i fit in jeep' (purposeful use of bad grammar) i may have to hunt them down and shove said wheels where the sun don't shine. Find the relevant forum and as some questions. Rant over
