I have a Suzi Bandit GSF600. He ain't got no license so ha ha ha ha ha sucker.. ..when he wants to spend all day on the 'twuck' I spend all day on me bike.
Much experience with shop bikes having worked in the industry, had them all R1,6, ZX6&9, GSXR600/750/1000, CBR600. Personally, sports bikes are for track days not everyday roads.
Now just happy to go for a stroll, laugh at the mullets in tassles, office boys in pretty patterns and the police with no reason to stop me.
    Jo
    P.s. If you haven't done a supermoto trackday..DO IT.. !!!!!! marvellous!

      I Got A Few !!!

      Hello folks,

      I got a bike or two;

1962 Norton Dominator 99 - featherbed frame and all that stuff.
      1965 Matchless G2 (250 single)
      1994 Kawasaki VN750 Vulcan
      2000 Honda XL1000 Varadero

Must get round to doing something with the first 3 of these sometime. The first two need total rebuilds and the third needs a hole in the crank case where something came out, investigating. The Honda is just fine though.

      See ya

1998 Honda Hornet 600 after my first bike which was a 1987 Honda CBR400R.

Love the bikes to bits, didn't ride much last year due to 'this and that' but this year been on it a lot.

The bike is pretty standard, except the can, all the brake hose been changed, a flyscreen added and so is a belly pan. Turns heads where ever I go.

best bike i ever owned was a 1982 yamaha rd350lc tuned to the back teeth (stan stevens)
surfing is were i get my thrills now, the biggest downer is when i see my leathers in the attic and the weather is like it is at the mo.........

the best bit about not having a bike is peace whilst driving. you must of heard of our head of police in north wales (chief constable brumstrom) the speeding motorists worst night mare .
bin laden could live up here unnoticed providing he doesn't speed

                      Surfs n' Bikes

Have an Aprilia RS250 95 spec.

Like a little 250GP bike with lights stuck on. Sady no longer made (in fact I'm pretty sure no-one makes a performace two stroke for the road any more due to emmissions etc).

I'm thinking of getting a dinky little road legal trailie, as light as possible and trying to figure out a rear carrier for it on the surf, like they do on the back of winebagoes?? but smaller - has anyone got any experience/ideas?

It would be ideal for a bit of extra off road silliness or for popping out for a pint of milk when we're off camping and the surf has an awning tied to it.

i hav this type of bike carrier, it takes the rt100, but won't take anything much bigger, the kmx125 won't fit. but it's great when i only take the kids bike out.

Ee, I used to have a KMX - great little bike. Did Kent to Sheffield and Manchester and back many times before I passed my test - the perils of a long-distance relationship.

My username is from my last bike - a BMW R1100GS, christened Captain Beaky by my kids.
Sadly written off 18 months ago by a prat pulling out from a side road, whereupon, lo, he was T-boned, at 30 mph.

Looking on the bright side, it did write the car off as well...
Four wheels only since then - I decided that the game wasn't worth the candle in this part of the country

Shelly - going by the size of the RT100, you might get a Yamaha Serow to fit at a squeeze.

                          Rs

I've got a Triumph TT600. I regularly go to local meets, haven't done a track day yet but its on the 'to do' list.

Glad to see so many other bikers on this site.

then built trikes - vw with stires stallion body shells.
