Ian, finally got my unit fitted at the weekend after the big thaw. Ran into a bit of a hurdle with the modified unit. Seems the fan control switch had a bit of a fault. Wouldn't blow on the last two settings. Nothing to do with you matey I know.
What I have done is stripped my own original unit down and replaced the pcb with your modified one. All back in and works a treat.

I have the unit ready for postage. Are you able to replace or do anything with the switch?
If not I can send it back to Stormforce.

Tony is returning the replacement unit to you Ian as he has now fitted the upgrade unit and i have just bought another unit from Scorpion who is sending it direct to you.Can you let me know when Tony's arrives so i can sort his refund

Just a note to those who have the early 2.4's and that's the heater control units are different and have the 4 cables and not the 2 like the later 2.4's and 3.0's

GBV2, thanks and your welcome, sorry you had a prob with the blower switch, the only one i have is the burn out one, if they look ok i refit them, apart from that i cant test em, anyway your sorted and it does look "bright"
