not being funny but if your getting 15x13" wheels then your 33's wont be 33 they will end up about 30".
I have got 33x12.5x15 khumo tyres on 15x10" steel wheels and my 33's come out at 31" high
If your only doing a 2" suspension lift then i reacon those wheels and tyres wont fit the arches properly and you'll have turning issues

Why the heavy duty torsion bars?

If you've already ordered wheels / tyres too late, but try the packages offered by Silverline. 10" wide is the correct size for a 13" wide tyre.

the wheels are 10 inch, the tyres are 13" wide, well its got a 1/2" inch body lift going on (was going to be 2 but took advice off here) and if thats the correct spring lift kit then il be having a 2" lift off that aswell, just need to know if its good for the money?

you need a min 4" total lift to fit 33" tyres.
I would of gone the Landcruiser sring route and you would of got 3" instant suspension lift then got the 2" bodylift to give you 5" total lift.
I think you will have rubbing issues if your only having a 3" max lift tho.
Like i said i got the 15x10 steels but mine are a -52 offset with the 33x12.5x15's on and i had to do a bit of modding to the end of the sill and the valance to prevent rubbing

I STILL reckon if he's gonna chop loads of weight off the back end, LC springs will be way too stiff.

But then, no-one ever listens to me...

Also, I have a 2" bodylift and never found any issues. Did a 2" lift on a manual truck, and had to cut away some of the tranny tunnel around the gearstick / 4WD lever, but on the auto there doesn't seem to be any issues.

AND if you want some stickers, let me know.

I remember when we fitted your L/C springs, the only bounce your truck had as in the tyres!

I got 2" body lift and had no issues at all. All 3 of my trucks have had them, as Apache said my manual needed a bit of fettling on the low range selector hole, and you MUST drop rad 2" on a 2.4, apart from that spot on.

Run +2 rear HD springs +1 or +2 coil spacers with the body lift and 33 inch tyres are fine. Just wind up the front torsion bars and your good to go.

LC springs would be horribley bouncey on a tray back.
