but why not try bringing round a bottle of Vodka (during the day)
and have a chat about your concerns
from my experience people respond much better with a soft approach and it may resolve the issue much quicker
if it dosen't work you've lost nothing and you can carry on with it your way.

exscuse me? he shouldve prosecuted me? lol are YOU for real!? he was beating his girlfriend up most nights and for all i knew he was probably doing the same to the little en! to go a little deeper into the story i once approached her on the stairs and asked her if she was "alright" and she knew what i was reffering too. and i asked her again and she came accross all panicy and told me to drop the subject and stormed off whilst looking around everywhere like she was worried he was watching? she was terrified of him! i knew full well that if i rang the police she would NEVER testify against him and deny any allogations. so like i said, one night i heard him shouting and kicking off and lots of banging and her SCREAMING and then what sounded like him throwing her up against a wall and whacking her with something (or a fist). thats when i flipped! so forgive me for i got them for listening to a grown man beating his misses up in the room next to my living room and then dragging him outside and and showing him thats he wasnt as tough as he thought he was and that it is totally different when he is up against a man insted of a helpless women!!

Yes some Polish are tw@ts but like slobodan said you get people like that in every country or nationality there is no need to generalise them....
and i DID NOT generalise anyone ffs! Rich didnt generalise anyone becuase he chose his words carefully by saying "when you get people like THIS" and the word "THIS" is him making it clear that he was only talking about tw@ts like his neighbours..............so.... .i HIGHLIGHTED his words to let people know that what i was talking about was a direct refference to the tw@ts like his neighbours!! NOT Polish people in general.

ive been down stormy's when theyve told rich n his neighbours ## get off my @%^&in property'' but they've never said anything to me as yet!!!

we might be part of EU but we still got passports n have to say how long we in a country for anything after time stated we classed as illegals surely????

i totally agree with you mate. however weather we like it or not, exceptions have to be made. we are only human at the end of the day. we are far from perfect and sometimes we resolve back to our raw primitive state now and then and act like idiots.

There is a very good reason why the police rarely become involved with domestic matters.
