To be honest with you tobyjug i couldnt sit back & let that happen if i was in goodcats position.

spot on mate. this is actually the main factor why i acted the way i did. im probably the most anti bully person you will ever meet! ill stick up for everyone and anyone.
most of you guys dont know but i was born with a cleft lip AND a cleft palate and i cant stand bullys! not saying i was picked on more than anyone else because luckily i wasnt. i was the funny kocky little fcuker that everyone loved (beleive it or not! lol) and so not many people tried it on because i was in with the "popular" crowd.......... and the "geek crowd" ..........and just about everyone was my friend! lol
sure people did try but they soon learnt.
i have a saying aimed towards bullys and thats "if you cant beat them, fight them anyway"
if you keep loosing they will soon get bored of getting hurt in the process
some things just make me tick. bullys.. and gangs of people bullying!

exactly and this is why i have to take the legal route through solicitors and hopefully the courts as this is the only way it will be sorted.

Pretty much. The persuasion/friendly route, the legal route or the old fashioned method of promising him a thrashing within an inch of his life are about the only options available, in that order.

well with all do respect matt its not like i havent had to call the police about this kinda stuff before, or anything else for that matter and its the coppers themselves who tell me that nothing will happen of it. maybe i shouldve but in my mind i was 100% certain the woman wouldve said nothing. im a good judge of character and i know what i know.

one could say if i called the police, that that couldve had a worse effect afterwards for her than what i did!
trust me when i say this, he was a pussy. just one of those guys that thinks he's hard becuase he is bigger than someone. after she wouldve denied anything and the coppers had left, he would gone MENTAL at her!! no doubt about it!
insted he got told whats what by me and sorry to say but yes he did get a good bating from me, BUT i never heard one raised voice or bang for the rest of the time they lived next to me.

many things couldve happened if things were approached differently. i acted from experience and beleive that my way got a better result than what wouldve happen had the police got involved.
your forgetting that he is a bully. and 9.9 times out of 10 a bully wont stop what he is doing just because somebody tells them off. they will strick again when they are in their element and all alone behind closed doors where he can get his kicks from feeling like the more powerfull one in the room. the police wouldnt have taken that power from him.
I kicked his head in and I took that power away from him! 1 act of cruelty stopped what couldve been a lifetime off hell for that poor girl and kid!
i can live with that and i wont opplogise.

I know were your coming from dude. I was born with chronic excema on my hands,arms & legs and i got a fair bit stick growing up.
Its completely gone now but i learned some very harsh lessons along the way about how easy it is for people to belittle/exclude/bully a guy for being slightly different to the norm.
I think in this situation stormforce has no choice but fight fire with fire. If you know what i mean.

After reading what you actually put in one of your post then i thought it the right thing to do by changing the title to the particular country folk involved.I shouldn't of aimed the thread title at Foreigners in general but at the Polish.
As you just said everyone has the right to state what they want so you only did the same as i did.
If the legal side of things don't work then lets just say what goes around comes around and we'll see how he likes to be shoved about by someone bigger
