I canot see that a poll on whether he is liked or disliked will achieve anything as it is down to individual taste. Do I detect a suggestion that you consider thick i.e unintelligent anyone that does not like him. Strange basis to evaluate ones intelligence on but I am sure that you have your reasons. Me, two degrees, two lots of letters after my name not including those from the degrees so I would not consider myself as "thick" and I cannot abide JC.

No, don't like him either. To be honest I am not fond of chat shows of any kind. Some presenters are, in my opinion ok, but the format of these shows is to me boring. I would rather watch a good film or one of the many programmes offered by the discovery channels.

There is avast difference to being clever and intelligent. I don't consider myself to be particuarly intelligent and had to work hard, no very hard for my qualifications. Others just pick it up and with a good memory sail through. Everyone is good at something.
