Here is a bar menu for the rtts saturday night pub meal.Can i have a list of all names and menu choice by the 25th August please so the landlord has time to order enough in.If anyone want vegetarian meals can they also let me know by the 25th also so you can be catered for
There is also a a'la carte menu for anyone to choose from on the night also

Nowhere's too far if wan't/need to chill for the weekend wiv Friends/Mates & by saving some of this months, next months Veg oil allowance for the Trip !!!!

Surf Run To The Sun Sept 2007
Hi all.
The field for this years SRTTS camping/caravans has been booked.
I have booked it for the weekend of the 7th 8th and 9th September.Its the same as last year at the moment £5 per tent per night and £10 per night for caravans and anyone who wants to sleep in the surf is also £5 a night.Kids and dogs are welcome again as long as they are kept under control as there are tractors and other machinery going to/fro from the farm and dog s under control and kept in the paddock as there are free range chickens in the fields surrounding the campsite.
I have booked the same pub as last year for the meal on the Saturday evening .
I will have to book porta loo's closer the time as last year so the final price for those i will notify you closer the time.
We have got some lanes to go out on for the Sunday if anyone wants to do them it will take 3-4hours to do.
The off roading is now booked up for the Saturday but due to the idiots from the local 4x4 club last year i will not invite them again and the price for the off-roading will probably be £20 per vehicle.

This is the list for September so far so if anyone else wants to join us then put your names down.You can join us just for the day off roading or for the full w/end.
