Thats ok.If there are any members that would like to join us then they would be more than welcome.I may have to restrict the total amount of vehicles this year to about 30 (thats if we get that many) for the off roading and see how it goes for this year.But whoever is camping will come first tho.

Ideal, eventually there will be a load more hilux pickups down here up for roading but everyone seems to have them in pieces at the miniute including me!

I think that is a bit of a personal question!!!! That depends how many more knobs break on the surf before then!!!!!!!!

Surf Run To The Sun Sept 2007
Hi all.
The field for this years SRTTS camping/caravans has been booked.
I have booked it for the weekend of the 7th 8th and 9th September.Its the same as last year at the moment £5 per tent per night and £10 per night for caravans and anyone who wants to sleep in the surf is also £5 a night.Kids and dogs are welcome again as long as they are kept under control as there are tractors and other machinery going to/fro from the farm and dog s under control and kept in the paddock as there are free range chickens in the fields surrounding the campsite.
I have booked the same pub as last year for the meal on the Saturday evening .
I will have to book porta loo's closer the time as last year so the final price for those i will notify you closer the time.
We have got some lanes to go out on for the Sunday if anyone wants to do them it will take 3-4hours to do.
The off roading is now booked up for the Saturday but due to the idiots from the local 4x4 club last year i will not invite them again and the price for the off-roading will probably be £20 per vehicle.

This is the list for September so far so if anyone else wants to join us then put your names down.You can join us just for the day off roading or for the full w/end.

i would like to bring my own car + a friend. and all iwill have is 2" lift, no snorkel or anything so i only want to take it as far as i can go.

Thats ok Tony.The course is suitable for standard surf so you don't need anything special for it.You can do just about the whole course or you can venture off a bit and do some of the slightly harder bits amongst the trees and a couple of slopes/hills around the trees also.
I picked this course mainly because its surf friendly as people have a long way to travel and i don't want to risk people getting damage unless they're doing something stupid.But all the guys who came last year i think thought it was a good enough site

The off roading is on the Saturday and some mild laning on the Sunday
