The list just goes on and on. Once you start it's hard to stop. Sicne i didnt get a great lift from my Procomp springs (around 1"), when i put my front balljoint spacers i will have a big of a slightly saggy rear end again, albeit 6" higher than 2 years ago, so i have ordered some 1.5" Daystar coil spring spacers from these guys.

Of course if i put the spring spacers in, i am going to need extended brake lines and a panhard rod drop bracket. You see what i mean. This cheap lift is turning out to be a bit more expensive than i thought!

Got the second of the ball joint spacers in last night , look good. But now i have to space my upper bumpstops up and my shocks down a bit because at full droop, the shocks are max'd out. Also have to tear apart one of my halfshafts and clean and regrease it as the boot slipped of when i was doing one side and f-in grease went everywhere. So i'm still off the road until i do those. I wanted also to put my sway bar disconnects in the front, but the bolts i recieveed are too short. I need to get my hands on some M10x180mm bolts and cant find them anywhere. If anyone out there could help i'd appreciate it. The front is now higher than the rear so until i get my spring spacers, i may crank down the torsion bars a half inch or so to level it out a bit. Managed to get my Procomp steering damper in too with a bit of hammering. Not the best design i can think of but it seems to work! Didnt take any pics, because i was so ????ed off with rusty bolts not coming ouut etc, i just wanted to get it finished. Wil try to take some tonight.
      Cheers
      Delboy

We've got some M10 x 180 high tensile socket cap heads (allen bolts) in stores. If these are any good I could put a couple in the post if you pm me your address.

Have everything back together now, spacers in, new balljoints, Steering damper on and i'm ridin' high, except for i now have slight Saggy arse syndrome again. Not too bad. Cant wait to get my spacers for the rear. Still havnt taken any pics, but will this evening. Really have to hop up into it now, cool! I would definitely recommend the Ball joint spacers to anyone, but get manual hubs beforehand or your cv's will pay the price. Probably would not recommen d the procomp steering stabiliser. Have noticed a little difference between it and the old one but not as much as i thought, i mean its over twice the size! Overall i'm very happy with everything and the stares keep coming.

Hey Delboy thats one hell of a job fair play. The new rims look great, the little volvo in front made the surf look great, the damper and shocks and spacer all look smashin and the 33's look freakin huge, and you look like you could fart for Ireland, well done.

So are you officially back on the road, too many mods by now I reckon, time to take things easy and let others catch up - give us a year or two

Hooray! My 1.5" Daystar rear coil spacers arrived today. Took five weeks ro get here. Thought they never would. Guess the supplier forgot about my order cause they were only posted on 3rd June. Not too bothered anyway as they seem to have also forgotten to charge me!
Gonna wait till i get an extended brake line and panhard drop bracket before i put them in, maybe. The end is near!
