These are "no Load" figures (see attached) on the road you will see a couple of PSI more under load the factory ECU map will have some "headroom" to allow for variation between engines but I'm not sure how much. Be careful of adding too many washers; the wastegate diaphram has a limited stroke and it's not a good idea to reley on the ECU protecting your engine. If you want to play buy or make a bleed valve and add a boost gauge so you can see how far you've gone and an EGT gauge to make sure you don't cook your engine.
