Update

So another day of testing things.Had battery's off for a couple of hours this morning not sure if this re-set's fault codes.Then took it out it does seem to run better my up/down tick over has gone so one good thing.Took her out to my favorite hill both box's in neutral engine off when braking the shake is still there.So at a loss now.

Funny i was just on the phone talking to my mate about this so i am going to try another new set on her.Can not do it for a few days start moving house tomorrow .

Can you feel the shaking through the steering wheel/pedals or more through the seat?

No to the first too and it feels like the cab is going to come off chassis with the shaking it just shakes the whole thing.

Ok, my ideas:

You say you changed the front wheel bearings, but did you check/change the rear? They might be duff.

What about your drive shafts? Maybe the joint has gone, causing it to vibrate under breaking?
