Staright forward 180 amp relay will do the job.
Connected with the ignition is on, disconnected when it isn't...
You could get more clever, and find a circuit that fires up when the engine is actually running to fire the relay...
Clifford used to do a monitor circuit for the remote start kits that would do that.
