I fitted a new ps pump to a hummer at 3am this morning. It was less elk, more banshee !

Just been out for a run after stripping out the P/S pump. Had to replace an 'O' ring, stopped leaking now and making a noise like a love-sick Elk!

Did a couple of burnouts (Hope the rear tyres still pass the MOT!) so power is back. I found out it was a loose fitting H/T lead on one of the coils. Don't buy those leads again Graham, in fact burn the shop down!

Just waiting for it to cool down a bit so I can fit a new jubilee clip to one of the heater hoses, then it's MOT time!

I've just re-fitted the ERG junk, mainly for the electrical connections and vacuum lines, and it seems to like it. Plug leads were all correct.
Going for a blast in a minute, just waiting for the rain....I say rain, it's more like Niagra falls at the moment, I can't see the valley below it's that heavy!

Oh, and I've removed the bashplate and put it in the boot, 'cos it looks naff!
