Ah, thing is, we've postponed the holiday until the 6th now, (mainly due to the crap weather) hoping that you could collect yours next week-end (4th/5th) to free up the garage for this half finished truck thats here and keep mine on the drive while we're away.

No worries if thats a problem, you'll just have to wait ANOTHER WEEK for yours!

[QUOTE=BUSHWHACKER;656317]Vents follow the edges of the bonnet's centre bulge ...

Those relays are for the ECU and fuel pump with a spare relay for extra lights or whatever. I've wired the V8 into the Surf's starter circuit using the stock relay.
I wire the fuel pumps independantly of any ECU signals, I use 5 pin relays wired through the ignition/start circuit so the pump only runs when the engine is cranking then switches over to continuous running triggered by the alternator's 'L' wire, when the engine has started. Also, the pump cuts out if the engine stalls, which is also a safety feature.

Yeah, I've used VWP before, but I mainly use these now....

yeah i have used them to for a few bits and bobs think it was the cable adjuster for the accerator cable etc. just a quick one is that expanding mesh grille i got mine from B&Q sorry for swearing at you thought it was galved or similar and with the extreme heat and rain mine took less than a week to rust! the apoxy resin is fine though! thought it might of melted etc so just a heads up to try and protect it with some paint. i got some touch up paint whine red i believe burgandy is technically called! and tried to cover it in that but might just hammerite it in black make it stand out!

Vince...there is not one feature I've seen, that I dislike. I'm really looking forward to seeing it in the flesh and just spending time looking.
It's become a talking point in our house as to who gets to drive it...I'm hiding the keys from mrs gwh.
