i too lived in eastheroingthorp for a while vally road (s*it hole)
well has soon has iam on the road i let ya know may be we can do some green laneing
only now my insurance is saying i should get a wait for it
          ............defender (made me feel sick)
they may refuse to insure me yet on the surf
she told me i had a bad time with it last time (i did learn to drive at 11 years old in a JCB 3cx) so i may be a bit ruff at what i do
but i paid them $2.800 quid
(it was my first car so i got stung)
and the year after refused to renew my insurance on the surf
the lady down at the insurance place (who is very pretty) says she dont know if that still stands
i dont wont to go any were else (the man who charged me 2.800 quid was sacked ) and they give my realy good deals now i pay next to nothing
but a DEFENDER mmmm i dont like them but she says i can get insured for just under 400 quid in a defender and i have only been driveing cars for 4 years
any one know any thing about defender's are they any good

defender........They are more troublesome than a surf .....the locals spend a couple of tons a month keeping them on the road

defender you say!!! as a kid i always wanted a defender!! but just before i bought the surf i seen the light. The only thing i like about the defender is that all the hardware underneath appears to be set into the chassis.. less chance of grounding out...
