was manual...and still is..with the original ECU...nothing has changed other than the recon engine...clutch is fine...engine is not racing as if clutch was slipping....the fuel filter is fairly new and just to make sure i bypassed it for a short run..which made no improvment so put it back in....
thought about hooking up a temp fuel tank (gaffer taped to the bonet or similar! ) to eliminate fuel lines/tank pickup etc...but cant see how the fuel lines would sudenly block..and also had lot of diesel spilling out when messing with the filter.so pretty happy they are fine...altho might still do the tank idea just to cross it off the list...
compression feels ok...not pressure tested it tho.,.stiull trying to find a mate with a tester!
i big V8 conversion is getting v tempting...
