There isn't oil that that pipe, its the wastegate pressure hose.
Most likely is the gasket on those two oil pipes where it attaches under the turbo. Also were the two pipes are joined in the middle, I've hade them split if they've been bent around to much.
Canthe gasket be replaced easely if so how

I've you have a lot of crankcase pressure, it could be pooling up in the bottem of the intake elbow where it goes in to the turbo, then dropping out the bottom if the pipe is split (like most are)
Will a catch can stop this oil pooling
Is this pipe replaceable
Sorry i have to ask these questions i have no manual or experiance at all with cars.

The gasket is changable, just a little fiddily getting to the rear nut where the flange bolts up to the turbo. You just need to pull it down enough to slip the gasket over the studs.
Don't go to nuts yanking it or you'll split the pipe where the two pipes are joined togther.
A catch can will catch any oil in the PCV system, so yes it will work, but if you have that much oil in the intake its a sign of other problems.
The hose is just the 90 deg elbow that goes into the turbo from the black cross pipe.
Leave it for a couple of hours for the silicone to 'go off' before starting engine.
Got some sealent today,
But it says wait 24hrs before starting engine
I thought if i left it overnight aprox 9 or 10 hrs cure time that would surfice but 24 seems a bit naff
Thought on this please,
Has anyone else had some stuff that said same but worked ok at a shorter cure time??
Thanks for that Vince.
If the weather holds out tomorrow it should get sorted after work and left all night to cure as suggested,
Then if all goes according to plan and no leaks, I’ll have a look at fitting some sort of catch can to minimize any extra oil getting into the turbo and see what happens.
Did't get it done today as mate let me down.
However on looking around i found the leak at the front where i tweaked the bolt has stoped and has now moved to the back left corner.
So i think it might be worth just tweaking all bolts and see how it is for a few days wouldn't you agree instead of taking it off and re-sealing.
Also i found the oil filter was at least a full turn loose, don't know if this would contribute to any of the problems i have been experiancing but i have re tightened it up as much as i can by hand as i dont have or know of a devise to do it has anyone got any thoughts on the above comments.
Thanks to all who are or have helped so far
if filter was guilty party you'd have had far more problems in far more places with oil leaking so it won't be this.
did you put sealant all round rocker?

No i didn't put any sealent on it at all i was going to today but got let down also the leak at the front of the rocker has now stoped as i said in the previous post.

Not that this will help your initial problem , but i have had a couple of instances where my oil filter has worked itself loose and all these times dropping oil on the floor , but not got any issues ie oil around the turbo when this has happened ,i think you can eradicate the oil filter from your lines of investigation. Hope you get to the bottom of this problem M8
After trying to nip it up at quarter turn intervals it’s still leaking from the back and i daren’t do it any more.
Looks like i will have to take rocker cover off again and clean it all up with de-greaser and re fit the gasket with some silicon sealer as well as suggested by Bushwhacker.
Can anyone tell me or even better show a picture of the correct sequence to tighten down the rocker cover just incase i am doing it wrong
And the torque settings if possible s*it scared of stripping or snaping summat
Thanks
Kev.

Talking to a couple of people about the rocker cover and gasket problem
I said it was still leaking oil and I happened to mention the metal spacers that go in the gasket, so they said it was obviously not down if it's still leaking and it needs to bottom out.
So with there experience they said ill have a look at it for you and he started to check the bolts a couple was tight and a couple needed tightening up as he went round them one decided to snap $$$$ I said now what I haven’t got any tools to get that out.
Anyway I had to get the car to the fabrication shop, quickly get all the pipes and stuff off plus rocker cover so they could get the broken stud out.
We managed to do it and find a replacement bolt but also on putting them all back I noticed most of them had a definite thin spot where they have obviously been stretched.
I have got some new ones to go in and now a choice of two sorts hexagon as was originally in or Allen screw ones (fab shop say they are better).
Took us all an hour but the thing is I still got to go through the whole procedure again to put some bl**dy silicone sealer on
Tell you this car will haunt me like (Christine)

P.S any thoughts on the type of bolts to use as mentioned above.

1st mistake was to trust another person with the surf!
as long as bolts are right size it don't matter, but make sure you get the sealant on it before trying anything else, i know its a mare but its very rarely the simple option that fixes anything mechanical, and besides, you're getting to know your motor along the way!
