Twas a busy Surf spotting day

Light blue 3rd gen, A1 south @ Hatfield...did you know your wheel cover says Landcruiser?

Burgundy 2nd gen big SURF letters on the sides, ladders on the roof, being towed along Travellers lane Welham Green a couple of days ago... was it you Mark?

was wondering about the runner pipes... not seen a pic of the Surf exhaust though. runner looks nice!

Burgundy Surf towards Slip End, Nr Luton at about 2PM. Driver waved. I, rather belatedly, waved back.

Black K reg Surf in B&Q car park at the end of the M55 this lunch time, parked just behind me.

Also, burgundy 2nd Gen (I think, didn't spot it until the last moment) on HeyHouses lane around 1pm. I waved, you stared.

Saw a red (I think) 2nd gen on M3 south/a303 west on myway back from Basingstoke last night. Reg ended with RCR and had SURF decals down the sides. Sorry to whoever it was cos i nearly changed lane right into the side of you! (I did see you before you flashed your headlights though!). Ooops.

Just wondering.....

Would it be worthwhile/feasible to open up a new forum along the lines of "Spotted.." in addition to the Technical/General ones

I know "Spotted" was always popular on the IMOC forum and it'd be easier to see if anyone thinks they've spotted you (especially if you can't get on line for a couple of days)

IMOC also has a popular "Vs" area too - for those times when you manage to suitably embarrass drivers of other motors off from the lights

Any thoughts..

Saw a Burgendy 2nd gen in a school in Havant today, in Leigh (?), Middle Park Way.

And a nice Black one, that looked like a 4Runner, but had a chrome grill parked out side the shops at the end of road by the roundabout. (Purbrook RD)
