    sadly, it's still just that. put one of the spare keys i got with the car on,looks like its never been used,but still being problematic. can't be far off,though, doesn't take a lot to get it to release most of the time.
    im getting a lot of interest on FB on the delrin BJ's, droping your name on that one (Over fabrication,anyway) might be worth thinking about getting westcut to quote for a batch?
    also going to price up some large dia Ali, after seeing the price of coil spring spacers, i wonder if it might be an idea to do a batch of them for you?

    right, that helps,mark. had my head under the truck tonight,trying to figure it out!hope to get a set made this week,but both lathes are full on.(damm work interfering with my mods!) taken the front under bar off and have it in paint shop at the moment,got to make up for lack of machines. looks like i cant work friday afternoon this week either.
    bummer.

    Simple I made the counter bore ones, I couldnt be bothered with the angle, the angle is there so that the spacers are a snug fit on the bump stop turret.

    yeah,got it Ian. the plan is to get some springs on friday and have a look,see if i can figure out why stringers one has a counter bore instead of that angle in it.
    the rest is not far out,dimensionally .
    would be helpful if i could see one in use.

    interesting the difference between the spacers stringer lent me,and the picture that ian sent me,dimensionally.
    but im tempted to go with ians picture,even though the dimensions dont add up!

    on a plus note,i have done some stuff for you. you might be surprised. not my finest work,but like i said,i'm not a miller,really.
    they will need some 'fettling' but nothing parrot can't handle!

    well,that was an interesting afternoon................
    two of your BJ spacers came flying out the mill and missed me by millimeters !!
    i DEFIANTLY think water jetting is the way to do these.
    east enough job to do,its just holding the sods.
    did my nut in.
    my surf saggy rear syndrome is at an all time high,as well. truck is nigh on bottoming out with all the metal in it.(you did say anything i could get!)


    im going for a martini..............or 6
