I think you're right - too bldy reserved. Me I wave at anyone....... other day I flashed a bird to let her out and she waved and smiled like she knew me so I waved back and smiled - hubby said "Who's that then?" "Dunno" I said "but she waved at me so I waved back".............. hey I am gonna make it my mission to wave at every Surf I see from now on and see how many wave back.
