When I was a but a kid, my Uncle had a car which started on the key. It also had a hole in the front bumper, and a handle under the seat.
When I asked my Uncle, what the handle was for on his car, he told me it was inserted in the hole to "Turn the engine over".
I presumed this was for easier access to the bottom of the engine when it was broke.
Therefor:- If you purchase a small metal frame with a krank handle on the end and insert a bar into the hole in the back bumber, you can rotate the car for easy access to the bottom. Greasing, wheel bearings , new exhausts, etc etc
If anyone finds the website that sells the "Surf single ended spit rotater trolley", please let me know!
