Great point & observation mate. Yet another myth that the 'fitness industry' has tried to brainwash everyone with. It's up there with "Eat little and often", "don't eat after 6pm", "Eating carbohydrates makes you fat" etc etc.

A coffee shop I regularly go to sells 330ml bottles of Italian branded water for £2.80! Even funnier, people actually buy it

Yes and all started by a cyclist who probably feels duty bound to wear ridiculously tight lycra and a pointy shaped plastic hat as he pedals along the pavements. Just when was it that it became essential to dress like a tw4t in order to cycle to work??

On my sunny walk home from work at 3:30 this afternoon, I lost count of the number of people with phones in their hand, frantically pressing buttons, and earphones in their ears.
