    Great point & observation mate. Yet another myth that the 'fitness industry' has tried to brainwash everyone with. It's up there with "Eat little and often", "don't eat after 6pm", "Eating carbohydrates makes you fat" etc etc.

    A coffee shop I regularly go to sells 330ml bottles of Italian branded water for £2.80! Even funnier, people actually buy it
