Stage 1 of the legal side has now been sorted on my side.
I have had a letter sent to me and to the Polish and they have got to remove their vehicles immediately from where they are parked and park them behind my garage where they are meant to.
They have been told that if they do not obey this then they will be taken to court to have an Injunction taken out against them and all cost will be down to them to pay.
They also tried to claim part of my property which now they have been told to keep off and also i now have more land then originally thought so i am over the moon.
I will give them to Monday morning to remove the cars and if not then back to solicitors for court action.
They are also going to be done for breach of Contract as they have broken about 5 of the Covenants that they signed to obey.
I am over the moon at the moment and can't wait till tomorrow night for all the sh1t to kick off again

Sorry but this post isn't a racist one or anything but for those who have known about my POLISH neighbours in the past will understand.
Last night it kicked off big time with the Polish people and the people next door by a grown man pushing and shoving a 16 yr old.
In the end i was outside watching it all when the polish started on me and then there were about 30 people out there against these foreigners.It was very close to the polish doctor (who has been suspended by the GMC for Gross MIsconduct)being killed especially when he started shoving the girls and women about.
I am doing a house call to all the neighbours tomorrow to get letters of complaint written up and then i am going to see my solicitor and get these Polish lot taken to court on a civil matter.They are blocking half of my access rights and my mate who lives next door blocking their access.This week they deliberately blocked my garage so i couldn't get in there to do any work.
I have just been onto a guy about buying another truck but after last niight i will now have to stop breaking trucks at home here.I will cocntinue till i have sold everything i got and the truck i have just bought .Until i get a small unit somewhere then i wont be able to carry on much longer selling parts

My blood is still boiling from last night and now it's time to get this frigging ######## into court for breaking his contract which is in his DEEDS for his property.He will be done for being a public nuisance,blocking access rights,and harrassment.I have already been told that these are just a few of the things we can get him done for so its now time for action.

I'm sorry to hear all this, and hope it gets sorted soon.
If any more of them block your garage, I am happy if you supply the rope, I will remove whatever is parked in front of your garage and drag it down the road.

On a light note I ###### hate Polish. All he ever does is fly around

hello mate. i just got back from france last night. glad to hear the law are giving you a hand on the matter.

whilst your at it...do you have 2 complete tie rods? the adjusting bar on them needs to be in good working order as when i went to get the tracking done on my truck, they couldnt do it because it had seized to the rod.
also i need a rear view mirror!

don't worry about the mirror.If you can wait a couple of weeks or so then i should be able to sort you out with the adjusters.Why didn't the garage heat the adjuster then undo them.You can do that yourself to free them up and take it back for the tracking to be done

firstly they didnt have any fire tools (not licensed for those kinda tools they said)
and secondly i bluudy tried!! had a blow torch on one of them for ages and the fcuker wouldnt budge!!

Had stiff adjusters myself. Try soaking with WD for a few days, then an 18" pipe wrench. They ping a bit, but do go.

I replaced one because I applied so much force it split! Got it from Milners, and its actually a genuine Toyota part. Expensive for a threaded tube though!!!
