my tomtom doesnt have french roads on it and this does. plus we can all watch a DVD or 2 on the way there and back to help ease the 5 hour drive!

There was no sarcasm intended in my answer.
I really think that is useful (as opposed to a reversing camera for example)
        Inferiority complex?

I used to have an Eonon screen in my surf for my reversing camera, they work well, but the deal I got was a cracker.

If you search worldwide you can buy on the US and Aus sites, no one was bidding, so it cost me 1p, along with £36 postage. That was on the Friday, I had the goods by Monday Lunchtime from HK

Quite illegal to do though if the unit is within the drivers viewable area.

                        Oh dear.

I had one of those. Shoddy piece of cr@p. Seemed to develop another fault each time I got in the truck. I sent it back in the end and seeing as it was from HK it wasn't cheap to post, I did get a refund but not for the postage. Rip off cnut!

It said no tax too, but I got a bill from the irs, told 'em to shove it as I'd sent it back.

Do a search for eonon there's even a forum dedicated to folk who can't get them to work.

Slightly different number, but basically the same.

They asked me to video my problems too, the guy thought I was on a wind up until he saw the film, it went on for ages.
