What was your very first car?

My 1st motor was a 1979 honda accord 1.6 hatch. Alloy block and head, OHC, 5sp box, radio cass....all standard fitment. £300 ad after 2years and an argument with a wall sold it for £325. he he he
Bought an 83 model when i went 2 Aus and clocked 13,500 miles with out and probs. Belting car but in the uk the bodies fell apart.

1965 A35 van ex London Electricity Board in battleship grey. Cost £75 in 1972 and its 4 1/2 gallon tank could be filled for £1.24p. Soon transformed with a few cans of lurid metallic green paint and a matt black bonnet and roof (I kid you not) - oh and a set of those Mustang inspired conical wheel trims off an Avenger GT. Those were the days .....

My first 4 wheeled car was a 1968 Triumph Spitfire registration number was JET 717F and it certainly moved like one.
I was 18 years old and had passed my test 3 days before buying it, wish I could find it now I'd love the restoration job.
