There nothing that can be done to the nerves and he says that the problem has arisen from the accident which is what my solicitor wants to hear.
He can't understand tho why several nerves have been affected tho going by the couple of test he did.
So the long and short of it is now that my solicitor can press on with my claim and hopefully i can get some decent compensation out of it. I don't think i will ever be going back to my contracted duties again out on track again.
So at least i have now got the answer i have been waiting for for so longsigos85@hotmail.com

What has really p155ed me off about the accident is everyone complains about the piece of machinery that caused my injuries,Network Rail policy is to report the slightest thing to fault control and every time this machine de-rails nobody reports it so they are going to continue using this machine as there's been no reports gone in about it de-railing.
Network Rail claimed that mine is the 1st major accident known with this machine and have put it down as a one off.I always thought that 1 accident was to many but i guess i was wronghttps://www.facebook.com/groups/henpals/

update
Went for a works medical today and i have officially been told by the doctor that i cannot go back to my contracted duties,so i will no longer be able to do any trackwork due to the nerve damage and the medication i'm on also.
Although i'm in the office working there is not actually a position vacant for me to work in the office permenant.
My depot manager is working on getting me in the office permenant and if not then i will be out of work.
So things can't get any worse than that for me as i don't know if i will have a job in the next couple of months or so.
The only upside of it all is that i get a ###### good payout to pay my mortgage off and that way i can look for something elsehttps://www.facebook.com/groups/henpals/
