has anyone else calculated their fuel consumption?

i just did and my 3.0 ltr gets 17.57 miles per gallon.

Is that about right for a 3 litre?

Edit - Just read an old post and the aforementioned figure is terrible. Ill calculate it again tommorrow after a long run up to Sotland and back.
    Will post results

I'm with Growler on 22-24. 30 sounds to be stretching it a bit, especially on a 2.4, unless you are counting the miles it does on the back of the AA recovery truck?

20 you must have a very heavy right foot i get high 20s perhaps if you all cleaned the 4-5 ton of 5hit and mud from under your trucks it would help and of course you skinflints could start using real diesel instead of lard and pig fat
