    AAAAAAAAAAAArrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr rrrggggggggggggggggghhhhhhhhh

It's got feck all to do with wheels!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Alright, here's a thing that will make me change my mind. Show me, by means of a diagram, how the thtust from a turbine (be it jet or prop) is transmitted to the wheels of the plane to create forward motion on the runway.

Then, once you've done that, explain to me how the thrust, or power, or drive, whatever you want to call it, is transferred from the wheels back to the air at the point of take off. Because that's how a plane flies, by pushing its self through the air using the thrust from its engines. The movement through the air and the shape of the wings is what creates the lift, not the rotational speed of its wheels.
Do you know that, with a 50 character limit, it's

    • If a plane is flying the opposite way to the world spinning would that stop it flying???

      Same difference!

It will fly, the wheels of a plane have no drive, only brakes. the thrust from the engines suck air in the front and push it out the back creating thrust and then windspeed as the plane moves.

Magnetic post above is a good example,
Paranoid? They're out to GET YOU!

      • if the plane is travelling at 200mph along the belt then it will take off regardless of what speed the belt is turning !

lolololit has nothing to do with wheels!!!!!!!!!!merely explaining that,so your saying with an aeroplane it doesnt need lift?atall whatsoever?to get lift the plane needs to move forward,it wont get forward motion on a conveyor belt

            • at 200mph the plane will take off ! the wheels would just be spinning at twice the usual speed !

Re-read what I said. I want you to explain to me how a moving conveyor belt (which I'm assuming is connected to the ground) can have a causal effect on the earth's atmosphere, thus depriving an aircraft with the required amount of thrust to create lift within the said atmosphere.
