  • Surf Up For Grabs! Accident Damaged

£800, sunroof, new head and engine rebuild, elec pack, auto 2.4, k-plate 159,000km's, good condition apart from damage.

New rad, head, cap e.t.c, lots spent. Its not from me its just i didnt want it to go to waste, thouight with the sunroof someone on here might want it,

needs offside bumper wing a-bar headlight, still runs perfectly never been offroaded, nice wheels and drives fine still.

Cat D rite off as insurance said uneconomical repair, but as cheap fix really for a truck with that much work done on it.

Its In BRIXHAM, TORBAY, not mine just thought it would help one of you guys

    and its blue.

Whole thing mate, and the work needed is so little, it cant really be called a project, its just replaceing a few things.

                There not too bad mate!

The way i look at it, If i'd found a 3.0ltr for the price i paid for my 2.4 at the time an in the colour i wanted... i would've gone 3.0!

But there is NO way i would sell my 2.4 for a 3.0! Its my truck now an i LOVE it! Its not rocket fast...but an intercooler can help that out no problem.

If i wanted power i'd (an i want too!) fit the Lexus 4.0 V8! (an its still a toyota engine!!

Just buy yourself an old Lexus. Gotta be cheaper than buying a written off 'Cruiser.

Regarding Landrovers, I'm still having wet dreams about the LWB pickup that came screaming down the trail in the dark when we were camping a few weekends ago. Serious kit - but those guys were atypical. Most you see are shinies justifying owning a 4x4 for the weekend
