Well thats alot of work yes,But most of all i need for 500 quid cant be bad.

You need to get it properly commissioned, tested and certified otherwise:

a) It probably won't work
b) It might blow up
c) You won't get insurance

I would keep the 3.0 diesel, for offroading and have the lexus as the runaround, cheaper and you get 2 working cars instaed of 2 broken ones

I'd sod the Lexus and spend the money on something more useful like a holiday, or an expensive perm, or a bag for the dog.

My 3.0 will go anywhere the V8 will go, AND without dropping dead half way through every river crossing

LPG the lexus and tow the surf around, i suspect the conversion is a little more work than one anticipates
