Are WVO and SVO actually classed as 'biofuels'? I dont think they are. I think biofuels are the transesterified ones, so we'll still have to pay the tax on SVO and WVO wont we?

Thats all well and good, but I doubt it would carry much weight with C&E if they dip your tanks. I have emailed them to confirm whether you need to be registered even if you are going to be below the cut off level if you're not already registered.
Hope that makes sense

They would be stupid to still charge for using wvo svo cos it will cos them more in processing the checks, for like £6, from a smaller percentage of oil users. I told them i would be using veg oil and not making bio. As far as i understand its all pretty much the same. We will find out when we get our letters with Junes declaration.it never rain it pours! glad I got the 4X4Comment
