yeah wait for that crucial letter that states 'completely at our cost' meaning that there is no cost to you whatsoever.
this means when they try and rape you for that £10 courtesy car rental, you can say TGB will cover it as it says so in the letter.

i had to get mine before i went france so i didnt have that letter and had to pay that £10
      Oh Nana, what's my name?

Bleedin story of my life. I never get owt for nowt.
Just been out and had a shuftie at my vin plate. Soddin thing's got a splodge of yellow paint on the right hand side. I tried to rub it off but it wont budge so I guess there's no free diesel for me. Could do with all the help I can get as I'm getting about 19mpg!!!!
Still, it's better than having to ponce about in a Landy.

I got naff all when I got mine done. Wasn't bothered though cos I got it done quick with no fuss and arguments...

Now I get invites from the main dealer to offroad events to drive the latest Toyotas. Haven't been able to get to either yet though. Next one maybe.

Must admit - why should I need more than havin me truck fixed???? So long as I can get to work an back I don't really care if they give me the bus fare.

But then work is only a mile or so away from the garage

Just got mine done last week

Took a bit of emailing and phone calls to Toyota UK

When the letter finally arrived I arranged to get it done at the local dealer.

Got a nice shiny new Yaris to play with - FREE OF ANY CHARGE - due to a recall being a warrenty job

4 Hours later got a call only to find out that they had called it in to check the part number before ordering.

2 weeks later went back in and had it done - £10 free diesel in tank

5 Year old Primera Sport to play with whilst work being done.

                        Pays off to percivere !
