Drop a PM to Roger (Gamedawn) , as he has a rear disc kit fitted .
This will not improve braking except for off road use to stop drums filling with mud .
I think the Landcruiser option maybe best but you would need to up the size of wheels to clear the calipers .

My front disc's are 12 grovved....just with good pads and mine stops very well...

I generally have trouble leaving the pub, rather than stopping leaving.

Supra rear discs with some considerable massaging will fit the rear... I remember there is a kit somewhere to convert the rear axle...

and the Landcruiser master cylinder... you might want to try this option first....

try a home made conversion... stick front disks and calipers on the back...
i'll try and get pics from suzuki if i remember next time i walk past it.


but the gist of it is... erm... cut off drums and gubbins... bolt on disk and make a bracket to mount the caliper... it really was that easy...
but it wasn't intended for on road.
