  • Had some good news

when i got home from work last Friday i had a letter from my union solicitors stating that Network Rail admit liability to the accident i had last July putting my pelvis out of alignment and tendon and nerve damage.
Also after see a consultant 2 weeks ago and had another xray he found that there are abnormalities on my right hip which means my hip socket is out of shape and now have to wait for a MRI scan to confirm the damage to the hip and tendons so hopefully my compensation wont be too far off now,but i have to have another medical by my solicitors doctors just to double check on everything i suppose.
The thing that really pi$$es me off is that the machine that i was using at the time network rail are still using.just thought i would share this good news

They wont let me have it done down in truro as they say its too exspensive so i have to go to Derriford hospital in Devon which is about £250

Mind you if i have to have my hip socket re-shaped then that is 6 months on the sick
