      UK Cust serv's were realy helpfull, give them a bell I'm sure they will give you a case ref no.
      Riders Plymouth were very helpfull too, but they cant do anything unless told to. (I believe they have branches nearer to you too!)

        Hi yup there is a dealer just outside Truro but they said the Surf is not included in the recall but seeing as you got it then i will ring cust services again cause when i rang them last week they couldnt help and put me in touch with Toyota Europe

              got my truck back with shiney black new steering rod

              plus 10 quid of diesel in tank and bottle of bubbly

              didnt clean it though! and i left it nice n muddy for them!!

                Hi Tony rang Toyota today and got a ref.no. from them so i am just waiting for a call back from the recall co-ordinator as she put it and i will let you know how things go.

                        I rang Toyota Customer services today, and the nice chap there is loking into it, to see if my Surf is one of those affected. Got my reference number, so I'll wait for the phone call!!

                        How long would you say is reasonable to wait for a response??
