Loads of caravanners use 4 x 4 to pull their caravans so knocking the 4 x 4 will knock the caravan industry and thsi in turn caravan sites. Also these people spend loads of cash in villages nearby to caravan sites and denying them the opportunity to tow their caravan to a site will have an advserse effect on the local economy. Actuallty denying peoploe the right to enjoy thmeselves may be infringing the Human Rights Act. Also, what about poor Mr Brown as the revenue from fuel consumed by 4 x 4s will drop.
