Isn't this type of scheme operated already in some of the scandanavian countries?
If i remember correctly many of the cars are logged for going on certain roads by overhead gantries...something like the paying for mileage that they tried to introduce sometime ago!!
Roads: FUBAR Public transport: FUBAR Tax System: FUBAR Petrol Pricing: FUBAR Politics by Spin Doctors and NGO's behind doors: FUBAR
In Total....this Country FUBAR
Class , I haven't heard the phrase fubar in years.
All I can say is this, as of the first of jan 2005, the part P building regulations came in to force, this means that me, the person who used to go to work, can not leagaly do the job I was doing since I started work, not without joining one of the "clubs".
This has already shown in this years accounts.
So, if they want me to pay to drive to a place that I cant work, they can kiss !! Go muth ers!!!
Sorry about that
Anyway, all we can be sure of is, what ever they choose to do, we, the drivers, will pay.
Then we, the drivers, will have to pay to put it right when it all goes pete tounge.
erm, what about people who come into the country from the outer limits?
They wont have a "BLACK BOX" so they get to travel for free,
Another vote for buying forign cars!
