Got the Tailgate off my brother yesterday sparkz - its in much much better condition that the exisiting one on my truck
just need to fit it now

cheers sparkz, as well as knowing i have a reliable parts supplier!
I know i have a reliable, albeit slow, courier! and he only cost me 3 boxes of 12bore carts!

fitted it last night & transplated internals etc in 3 hrs, all working well - and wow that spring-metal rod thing really makes a difference!
number plate lights taken from my old tailgate not working, but i think i might have broken bulbs when thumping that toyota strip in place....as power getting to the multiplug just before them

sparkz, its a long shot i know but i'm after a descent rear diff for my surf the relevant number on the firewall next to where it says trans/axle is G144, so do you have a descent rear diff for sale ? if so do the numbers correspond ? if so how much do you want for it ? so many questions i know! cheers.

no worries no the questions...least there can be no confusion!!...


but...

after all that i cant help you im afraid...the only rear diff i have available is a G255 out of a 2.4TD manual..have 2 front ones tho!!...
