Alternator

Alternator is not for the truck in my profile, It is for a 2.4LT non EFI with a vacumm pump and oil feed on the back with seperate regulator.

i think it was the pre facelift ones that i thought had the pumps on the back of them unless his truck has had one fitted as they couldn't get the other type.I'm sure someone will clarify it for us tho
just checked roughtrax and we were right.The alternator you have is for a 1992 onwards

So i think the OP just needs to clarify what truck he has got in order to get the right alternator

Mine is a '92 and appears to have the newer type on it.

Yea Andy there are the 2 different types but i thought the type he was after was on the older 2.4's not the newer ones like he has in his profile

It has the Vacuum pump on the front (pulley end) there is no separate 'Black Box'.
