Big trip to Wales!

OK - here's a kind of plan.

Friday - arrive at Camp Mud (location secret at the mo) drink beer, have a barbie - no night run.

Sat morning - break camp - do the Wayfarer and one other - stop for late lunch - do the 4th Snowdonia run (can't wait).

Head south by the late afternoon/early evening arrive at north end of Strata Florida. Night run. Stop towards southern end and set up Camp Boyo (that sounds so bent! I am the only.....). Drink beer have a barbie?

Sunday morning - break camp - muck about on Strata Florida - head south to Llyn Brianne (scenic route not off road). Get to Brecon and do Sarn Helen north to south (the tough way).

Arrive Neath - M4 - by 3ish and say our goodbyes.

A cunning plan, m'lord.

Get a copy of OS Outdoor Leisure 23. I have a marked up copy and could talk you through where they are.

Alternatively I can send Memory Map files, but you need memory map on your PC to read them.

Ceriog Forest - 3.9 miles, 1 gate, 25 minutes
The Badman - 1.6 miles, no gates, 20 minutes
Whitestones - 2.7 miles, 6 gates, 30 minutes
The Wayfarer - 8.2 miles, 15 gates, 40 minutes
Glas-Hirfryn - 2.7 miles, 5 gates, 30 minutes
And there is Myndd Maur, can't find the details but will post them later...

I will have printed maps for all 6 routes on the day!

If we are going to do the 4th Snowdonia run AND end up somewhere near Strata Florida by late afternoon, is 6 routes ambitious or can they all be strung together fairly easily????? Not sure of the exact locations, you see!

I’ve completely missed this thread i would be up for the trip!! If you have space or someone drops out so if possible I will go on the reserve list. This time i will leave the dog at home!!!!
