thanx jason,
im going to spend the night at mudsurfers, its quite a long way round for me to come towards poole when i need to get towards birmingham
but cheers anyhow
I've just spotted a flaw here - I'll be at work on the Friday, not sure what time we will all be leaving our respective houses and then arriving at the field - so I need to give this a little though - no probs with you coming up on Thursday, but you'll have to keep yourself occupied till at least 16:30 on the Friday....
If Apache is leaving work at 15:45, I could do the same, but we will be meeting at about 18:00 in Wales - so not sure which night you'll need to stay.....

because carbon 14 dating is only accurate up to about 50.000 years
and then an error occurs whereby approx 7% of the determined age is underestimated, the rock would probably have been "aged" by measuring the amount of a certain radioactive isotope that decays into lead, therefore its half life(at least in the quantum sense),could very well be half of the noted figure,....................... ...

Damn, that makes the mountains 'only' 270,000,000y.o.
I'll be getting to the campsite early afternoon because around the corner is Pistyll Rhyader - the highest waterfall in Wales (and anything in England).

I'll get off work as early as I can - this is all providing I don't get sent somewhere again....it happens a lot!
Then we will meet at my house, and have a cuppa, then go from there....
