A very large thank you to all for making it such a good day.To all the cheif's who feed the starving hordes you deserve a medal. So far no one has reported sick, and all got home ok.
A big thank you to Roger (Gamedawn) for the use of his winch and to Rubble bags and Koi for acting as anchor points to Roger.I now go to clean up the old girl and give her lots of TLC. Cos Robster was not the only one to try running on water instead of DERV. Also Koi was so impressed with his new tyers that I say we should rename him HOMER cos he just loves dohnuts

I'll echo those thanks - brilliant day out - and so good to meet folk again. A very big UP to Sumo for sorting it all out and being such a genial host
And another big thanks to Tony who took my lad round - he wouldn't shut up about it and kept pointing out where he'd been taken - he was impressed!!!

holy chit that water was deep did anyone come a cropper apart from hormy's zook, what about the fella standing on the bullbar did she stall or was she stuck in the mud???

Great pics looks like you needed decompression chambers after going so deep.

The "fella standing on the bullbar" was doing a marvellous job of attaching a towrope to my rather soggy Surf! I caught a bit of a backwash from the previous one through the water and it washed up right over my bonnet and nicely filled the air filter!

                          Oops!

Nope, but I did find lots of sticks still attached to the rear end even after the 250k trip!
