just given my 2 gen a 2" lift, this evening i adjusted my column and noticed that were it goes thru the bulk head its no longer in the centre of the hole

You can elongate the opening a bit more so it doesen't rub, then you'll need to seal the opening with some rubber sheet or a very large grommet of some sort so you don't get wet feet when playing submarines.Comment

have to get the file out then and come up with some sort of seal

Will you need to cut out for 4wd selector lever? just done mine it now stops in low range.My brakes dont work, so i made the horn louder.Comment

Normally needs nothing more than a little filing to the opening in the floor to allow the lever to be pulled back into 2H.Originally posted by james-r View Post

Mine just needed a little bit, it would engage but would not stop there, i needed to hold the lever forward, so i just touched it with the die grinder and all is good now.
Only took 5 mins too.My brakes dont work, so i made the horn louder.Comment
